  • We guarantee our customers will receive honest and ethical service.
  • We guarantee every Customer will enjoy good old-fashioned service and state of the art repairs.
  • Every repair technician shall have a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Each employee will do whatever is necessary to resolve any client’s concerns.
  • Every employee shall act honestly and work with integrity while serving on our team.

Ethical and Personal Requirements

  • Smoking is not allowed in or around customer’s vehicle or company property.
  • We guarantee our customers will receive honest and ethical service.
  • Every customer will receive regular status updates on the progress of their vehicle repair.
  • Every repair technician shall be I-Car certified.
  • We guarantee to replace all structurally damaged parts with OEM Parts so that we never compromise your safety.

Care and Repair of Vehicle

  • All lost fluids will be replaced with new fluids.
  • Existing broken glass will be secured and/or covered to prevent water & debris from entering vehicle prior to repair.
  • Every vehicle paint job is guaranteed not to chip , crack, fade or peel.
  • We guarantee to replace all structurally damaged parts with OEM Parts so that we never compromise your safety.
  • We guarantee that your insurance company's repair instructions will be followed precisely and that no shortcuts will be taken to reduce our costs so that you are not short-changed.
  • We guarantee a lifetime warranty on all insurance repairs.
  • We guarantee to get your consent before using any non-OE parts.
